Directions to the Peabody School, 70 Rindge Ave, Cambridge, Mass.

From Porter Square, traveling North/West on Massachusetts Avenue

Turn left onto Rindge Avenue, 0.4 mile (4th light) north of Porter Square. Go 0.2 mile on Rindge Ave. The school will appear on the left, just past Haskell Street.

From Arlington, traveling South/East on Massachusetts Avenue

Turn right onto Rindge Avenue (6th light after crossing Rte. 16 into Cambridge). Go 0.2 mile on Rindge Ave. The school will appear on the left, just past Haskell Street.

From Fresh Pond Parkway (Rt. 16), traveling north

Go north (the road becomes Alewife Brook Parkway), and just after crossing the bridge over the railroad tracks turn right onto Rindge Avenue. Go 0.6 mile. The school will appear on the right, just past Yerxa Road.

Public Transportation Options:

• The 83 bus from Central Square/Inman Square and Alewife stops in front of the school on Rindge Avenue.
• The 77 bus from Harvard Square/Porter Square and Arlington Heights stops at the corner of Rindge Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue.
• The 77A bus from Harvard Square/Porter Square stops at the corner of Rindge Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue.
• The Alewife red line stop is just north of the corner of Rindge Avenue and Alewife Brook Parkway.

Parking Options

All Times:

• Turn south onto Yerxa Road (just west of the school) and go one block. Turn left onto Pemberton Street and go one block. Turn left onto Haskell Road and park on the left behind the bleachers of the playing field.

Non-school Hours:

• Turn south onto Yerxa Road (just west of the school) and immediately turn left into the parking lot.
• Turn south onto Yerxa Road (just west of the school) and go one block. Turn left onto Pemberton Street and go one block. Turn left onto Haskell Road. Turn left into the parking lot behind the school, just past the playing field.

Sundays and Holidays:

• Park in residental sticker areas on Haskell Street, Yerxa Road and Rindge Avenue.
